Search and approve jobs from Claude or ChatGPT

If you already use Claude or ChatGPT every day, opening one more dashboard to follow a job search is pure friction. You do not have to: Find Best Job runs an MCP server, the standard way a chat assistant connects to a product.

You paste an address into your assistant, sign in once on our screen, and from then on you ask in your own words: did any remote finance analyst role turn up, how is that application from Tuesday doing. There is no key to copy and no configuration file to edit, and you disconnect whenever you like.

What the assistant can do

Search and open rolessearch_jobs, get_job, list_matches
Follow applicationslist_applications, account_status
Read what is storedget_profile, list_settings, list_answers
Read your mailbox and numberslist_emails, get_email, get_metrics
Decide on a roleapprove_job, reject_job
Put a role in the queuepaste_job_url
Correct data and answersupdate_setting, update_profile_field, answer_question, add_answer
Move a stuck applicationretry_application, give_up_application

There are twenty tools and that is the whole list. In practice it feels like talking: you ask what turned up today, the assistant answers with two or three roles and what each one pays, you ask for the first in full and tell it to apply.

Can it apply without asking me?

Only when you say so. Approving a role is a sentence of yours in the chat, and that sentence is what makes the application go out. When it goes, it goes exactly as it would from the dashboard: on the employer's own form, in a real browser, with a photo before and after and the record of what the network sent.

Nothing in search_jobs, get_job or list_applications changes a comma on your side. The ones that write are smaller: refusing takes a role out of the queue, pasting a link puts that role up to be read, and retrying and giving up look after the problem queue.

How to connect, assistant by assistant

  • Claude on the web. Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, paste the address, sign in.
  • Claude Code. One command in the terminal, then /mcp to sign in.
  • ChatGPT. Settings, Connectors, turn on Developer mode under Advanced, Create, paste the address.
  • Codex. Two commands in the terminal, and the sign-in happens on the page the second one opens.
  • Grok. At grok.com/connectors, New connector, Custom, paste the address and save.
  • Anything else. If your assistant speaks MCP, the same address works, because the standard is open.
  • Without an account. https://app.find-best-job.com/api/mcp/public searches public jobs with no sign-in. It cannot apply.

What are the limits?

Requests a minute10 (free account: 5)
Requests a day120 across every assistant (free: 60)
Approvals a day30, each one really sends (free: 3)
Job links pasted a day10 (free: 5)
Second attempts a day5 (free: 2)
When the day starts againmidnight, universal time

The 120 requests a day are shared across every assistant, so connecting Claude and ChatGPT doubles nothing. The chat approval ceiling never overrides your account's: up to ten a day with credits, each one paid with a credit. A free account connects too, with the smaller limits. Sending takes credits; prices are on Pricing.

What it never sees

The passwords for the job platforms we create and use in your place. They stay encrypted and are only decrypted inside the process that signs into that site for you, and they never come back to a screen or to a chat answer. The submit underneath is on the auto-apply page.

Next to this one, how many applications a day make sense and screening questions. The common doubts are on the FAQ. Create an account and connect your assistant.
