How do credits work?

1 credit = 1 application sent, with proof that the employer received it. If a send fails, the credit comes back. When the site asks for a test or an extra step and we do it for you, that is 1 more credit, charged only once it is done: the knowledge test some forms open in the middle of an application, and the form and profile test Gupy asks for after the send. What we do not do (Gupy's exams, interviews, video) is free and waits for you with its link. What do I get for free?

Can I cancel or pause anytime?
