Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of find-best-job (the "Service"), operated by OAK TECH CONSULTING — VINICIUS DE ALMEIDA CARVALHO CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, CNPJ 41.239.173/0001-44, with registered address at Av. Diógenes Ribeiro de Lima 2001, Apt 4 Bloco 45, Alto de Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, 05458-901, Brazil ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

find-best-job is an autonomous job-application agent. On your instructions, and using the information you provide, it discovers job openings, scores them for fit against your criteria, fills in and submits applications on your behalf, and monitors a dedicated applications mailbox for confirmations and recruiter replies. The Service acts as your agent: it submits only information you have provided and never fabricates facts, qualifications or work authorization. The Service does not operate on platforms that prohibit automation, including LinkedIn and Indeed.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree to provide truthful, accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes and for your own genuine job search.

  • Do not use the Service to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information about yourself.
  • Do not use the Service to apply on behalf of anyone other than yourself.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • You are responsible for the content of every application submitted on your behalf, which is drawn from the information you provide.

4. Plans, billing and payments

The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro costs US$29 per month (or R$69.90 per month in Brazil); an annual option is offered at a discount of roughly two months free. Prices are shown before purchase and may change, with notice, for future billing periods. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support@find-best-job.com. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and cancellation stops future renewals. In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Law No. 8.078/1990) and its right of withdrawal for online purchases (art. 49), you may cancel a new paid subscription within 7 days of purchase and receive a refund of amounts charged for that period. Other refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service interacts with third-party job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and company career sites so it can apply on your behalf. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy practices, over which we have no control. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is consistent with the terms of the platforms you choose to apply through.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to the information and documents you provide, and you grant us the limited right to process them solely to operate the Service for you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any interview, job offer or employment outcome. Results depend on the job market, the roles you target and the information you provide. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that is unlawful or that risks harm to you, to us or to third parties. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings in the court of their own domicile under the Consumer Protection Code.
