What remote jobs open to Latin America pay
The picture on 5 September 2026, 30 days back: 116,692 postings that passed through the sites we read. Pay is the ceiling of the advertised range, in dollars a month, and only 17,889 (15.3%) state it. Median is the middle value, which one director-level posting cannot lift alone.

29.1% of postings have no field assigned: they count in the total and in no row above. Logistics sits under $500 because almost everything there is a Brazilian job in reais, on a local contract. The “every field together” line describes nobody.

Only 2,911 postings in 30 days, 2.5% of everything, say in plain words that someone living in Latin America can take the job. In software engineering, 930 say “Latin America” and 154 “anywhere in the world”. Of the first, 18 state a salary, median $2,185. Of the second, 85 state one, median $24,167. Same title, two audiences.
Search the phrase, not the word. The one worth money is “worldwide”, in 0.3% of postings. Finding those 345 inside 116,000 is the boring work; auto-applying to them is the rest.
