About the job We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can operate across both sides of a recruitment desk: building client relationships and delivering strong candidates against live requirements.

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role for someone comfortable taking ownership of their market rather than relying entirely on inherited accounts or vacancies.

What you’ll do

You’ll be responsible for activities including:

identifying and developing prospective clients

outbound business development and new-client conversations

understanding hiring requirements and advising clients on their search

negotiating fees and commercial terms where appropriate

sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates

managing interview and offer processes

developing existing client relationships

building your desk, market or client base over time

What we’re looking for

We’re open to different levels of recruitment experience.

You may already be running a full 360 desk, or you may currently have stronger experience on one side of recruitment and be ready for broader ownership.

We’re particularly interested in people who can show evidence of:

creating their own client opportunities

building relationships from initial outreach

understanding what clients actually need

taking ownership rather than waiting for work to be handed to them

communicating commercially with clients

negotiating and progressing business

delivering effectively once a requirement is live

Experience building a desk, territory, vertical or client base from scratch is useful, but not essential.
