About the job
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual with basic accounting knowledge to join our team in a part-time position.
Responsibilities include:*
- Entering accounts payable invoices and posting payments.
- Entering credit card transactions and posting payments.
- Reconciling bank statements, including accounts payable payments and deposits.
- Client Payment Updates
Qualifications

- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Efficient, accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows-based software.
- Strong written communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Minimum 16 hours per week.
Pay based on experience.
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 ? 24.0 per week
