Accounting Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Accounting Manager based in India.

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead key accounting activities within a fast-growing, technology-driven financial services environment. You will play a central role in the monthly close process and help ensure accurate, timely financial reporting under U.S. GAAP. The role combines hands-on accounting ownership with process improvement, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work closely with business leaders, auditors, and finance stakeholders on complex accounting matters. You will also help establish accounting processes for new products and initiatives while identifying opportunities to make existing processes more efficient. As a people leader, you’ll mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
