Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Co-ordinate administrative services. Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services. Collect and record administrative and service fees. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
