After Hours Travel Specialist

This remote role manages travel arrangements for clinicians and corporate employees, ensuring reservations are accurate, timely, and aligned with service expectations.

You’ll coordinate air, hotel, and car bookings while responding to travel issues and making corrective adjustments when needed.

The position combines customer service, travel technology, problem-solving, and operational quality control.

You’ll work with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and monitor queues to maintain accuracy and efficient processing.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, independent judgment, and clear communication.

You’ll also collaborate with travel vendors and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information.
