AI-Directed Software Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI-Directed Software Engineer based in the United States.

Overview

Join an innovative software engineering team pioneering an AI-first approach to software development, where artificial intelligence drives implementation and engineers focus on architecture, quality, and delivery. In this full-stack role, you will build and deploy production-ready applications across backend services, frontend interfaces, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

You will leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, transform complex requirements into executable tasks, and deliver features from concept to production in days rather than weeks. You will also design intelligent, agent-driven workflows using Amazon Bedrock, bringing practical AI capabilities directly into software products.

Working across a diverse technology stack within an AWS-based environment, you will have the opportunity to influence engineering practices and improve delivery speed. This remote opportunity is ideal for a resourceful engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, embracing emerging technologies, and taking ownership of end-to-end outcomes.
