We are looking for an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist to transform learning strategies into practical, AI-powered solutions that improve how people access and use knowledge. In this remote contract role, you will combine artificial intelligence, workflow automation, knowledge management, and learning design to build scalable enablement experiences.

You will prototype AI-supported resources, streamline onboarding, and develop systems that make learning more accessible and efficient. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will turn emerging needs and open-ended ideas into practical solutions. You will have the autonomy to experiment with new technologies, improve existing processes, and implement initiatives from concept to launch.
