AI-Native Founding GTM Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first commercial hire at an early-stage regulatory compliance software company, you will shape go-to-market strategy and build the sales organization. You will help bring an AI-powered platform to manufacturers and retailers across Europe.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and own go-to-market and pricing strategy while building the sales organization.
• Generate demand through events, content marketing, and webinars.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from lead qualification and introductory calls through deal closure.
• Partner with product and engineering to support customer engagements and share market insights that inform the roadmap.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3 or more years of relevant experience in software or SaaS sales.
• Experience owning the full B2B sales cycle and building or scaling a sales team.
• Experience generating demand through events, content marketing, or webinars.
• Daily use of AI tools as part of your core workflow.
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with business tools and materials such as Excel, PowerPoint, sales decks, and white papers.
• B2B SaaS, LegalTech, or RegTech experience is a plus; marketing or creative skills, such as video production, are also valued.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €95,000 to €105,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Hybrid in Munich, Germany, with four days per week on-site.
