Job Description

Responsabilidades do cargo:

• Apoiar a construção e o acompanhamento do forecast em conjunto com os clientes estratégicos e a área de Supply Chain.
• Acompanhar os planos de pedidos e garantir o alinhamento com o planejamento acordado.
• Analisar indicadores de performance, como FCA e OTIF, propondo ações para melhorias contínuas.
• Realizar análises de dados para suportar decisões e acompanhar variações no consumo de clientes.
• Monitorar o fluxo de pedidos e auxiliar na resolução de problemas relacionados ao estoque ou bloqueios.
• Colaborar com a área comercial para alinhar estratégias e ações que atendam às demandas dos clientes.
• Atualizar e gerenciar dashboards e relatórios no Power BI para consolidação e compartilhamento de informações internas.
• Realizar visitas aos clientes para fortalecer relacionamentos e/ou identificar novas oportunidades.
• Participar de reuniões regulares com clientes e áreas internas para alinhamento de expectativas e análise de resultados.
• Apoiar na sinalização de possíveis rupturas, garantindo soluções proativas em conjunto com as áreas envolvidas.

Educação e experiência:

• Superior Completo em Engenharia, Administração, Economia e afins.
• Idioma: Inglês e Espanhol básico desejável.
• Experiência em áreas de Supply Chain, Customer Service (Com Foco em CPFR) ou análise de dados.

• Comunicação Eficaz.
• Análise de Dados e visão analítica.
• Relacionamento Interpessoal.
• Organização e gestão do tempo.
• Trabalho em Equipe
• Resolução de Problemas

Conhecimento:

• SAP
• Excel Avançado (Necessário)
• Power BI Intermediario
