Analista de Meta

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Meta based in Brazil.

In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Meta platforms and WhatsApp Business, helping ensure reliable communication channels and effective advertising campaigns. You will support account management and implementation teams by diagnosing technical issues, resolving account restrictions, and improving the quality and performance of WhatsApp messaging.

Working closely with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders, you will provide practical guidance on campaign configuration, messaging templates, account permissions, and platform best practices. You will play a key role in identifying the root causes of technical problems, including blocked phone numbers, declining messaging quality, and rejected templates.

Beyond troubleshooting, you will develop documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge resources to strengthen team capabilities and improve service delivery.
