As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to a global transformation initiative focused on optimizing and standardizing IT service management processes.

You will analyze current-state processes, translate business needs into structured requirements, and create clear functional and process documentation.

The role involves close collaboration with workstream leaders, subject matter experts, project leadership, and stakeholders across different regions.

You will help identify process gaps and improvement opportunities while balancing global standards with local requirements and constraints.

Your work will directly support the design and adoption of more consistent ways of working across a complex, international environment.

You will also contribute to project governance, key deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and the successful implementation of new processes and practices.
