This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Onboarding de Clientes Pleno based in Brazil.

As a Mid-Level Customer Onboarding Analyst, you will guide new clients through the critical first stage of their journey, from kickoff and configuration to initial adoption. You will translate customer needs into effective system setups and practical training experiences tailored to different levels of digital maturity.

The role combines project coordination, customer education, product configuration, and proactive problem-solving. You will manage multiple onboarding projects while monitoring Time to Value (TTV), implementation timelines, and early adoption indicators. Close collaboration with Customer Success, Support, and Technology teams will be essential to remove obstacles and accelerate customer value.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a consultative, organized, and results-oriented professional working with B2B digital solutions in the automotive ecosystem.
