Analista de Qualidade Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Qualidade Pleno based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity to join an agile development squad supporting a technology product in the energy sector. You will play a key role in ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to delivery. The position combines functional, exploratory, integration, regression, and business-rule testing with a strong focus on prevention.

You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, UX/UI professionals, and client stakeholders to identify risks early. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to test automation, API testing, quality metrics, and continuous improvement. You will have autonomy to challenge requirements, investigate defects, and propose improvements rather than simply execute predefined test cases.

AI-powered tools may also be incorporated into daily quality activities to increase productivity and strengthen testing practices.
