As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data-driven marketing communications that strengthen customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will develop automated marketing journeys and campaigns, working across audience segmentation, database queries, and multichannel communication workflows.

Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, you will help transform customer data into relevant, personalized experiences while supporting the delivery and analysis of marketing initiatives. You will also contribute to platform integrations and collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure reliable, efficient execution.
