Analista de Testes Senior

This role is responsible for driving software quality across complex products and technology initiatives within the insurance sector. You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements refinement and testability analysis to automation, validation, and production support.

The position combines advanced test engineering, automation architecture, CI/CD, non-functional testing, and risk-based quality practices. You will help evolve scalable testing frameworks and infrastructure while promoting quality standards across development teams. The role also offers the opportunity to apply AI responsibly to test generation, regression prioritization, failure analysis, and defect investigation.

Working closely with developers, Product, Architecture, Operations, and clients, you will help make quality a shared responsibility across the organization.
