Key

Requirements:

Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of relevant IT experience Banking Domain(Investment Banking) preferred

General:

Handling start of day / End of Day production support.

Functional Support to Order Management system.

Manage incident lifecycle — detection, logging, impact assessment, communication, and closure.

Documentation of procedures, deployment steps, runbooks, and incident resolutions.

Effective problem solving skills.

Implementing disaster recovery and backup plans.

Production support knowledge on Investment banking – Equities (Optional)

Technical Skills:

Good knowledge on Linux/Unix platform with strong process Management skills.

Exposure to Database / Debugging skills and ability to write SQL queries.

Basic Automation using scripting or code debugging.

Exposure to at least one scripting language (Shell / Perl / Python).

Technology support to Equities trading division with knowledge of FIX protocol.

Troubleshooting process failures in Linux Environment, job conflicts and Job scheduling.

Cloud infrastructure management.

SQL and DB query and translation scripts.

Process/Tooling Skills:

Good knowledge on Git lab, Git Hub Actions.

Manage CI/CD pipelines (build, deploy, release).

Good knowledge of ITIL ( incident, change and release management ).

Soft Skills :

Strong communication skills (Oral & Written) and Interpersonal skills.

Flexible to work from Office/Home in an 24/7 environment.

Open to learn new Technologies and Equities domain ( Internal trainings will be provided )
