Analyst Lead, Managed Service

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analyst Lead, Managed Service based in Australia.

This is a senior managed-services and technology leadership role focused on the delivery and ongoing operation of payment platforms in a multi-tenant environment.

You will lead technical analysis, solution design, development, and delivery while ensuring customer service levels and operational commitments are consistently met.

The role combines people leadership, project delivery, production support, and hands-on technical expertise across payment technology.

You will work closely with customers, business analysts, product teams, developers, and external stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Your scope will cover the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements refinement and estimation through design, development, testing, implementation, and transition into ongoing operations.

You will also contribute to product enhancements, annual updates, and payment scheme compliance activities in a regulated and continuously evolving environment.
