Application Programmer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Application Programmer based in Portugal.

As an Application Programmer, you will contribute to a major application modernization initiative focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer portals, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions. You will design, develop, enhance, and support business-critical applications that improve customer service operations and deliver seamless digital experiences.

Working with modern Microsoft technologies, you will help implement intelligent capabilities such as conversational AI, automated contact center solutions, IVR, and document processing. You will collaborate with business analysts, QA specialists, functional teams, and technical leaders to translate business needs into scalable, reliable technical solutions.

Operating within an Agile/Scrum environment, you will manage development tasks across the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and coding to deployment and production support. This remote-first contract opportunity is suited to a technically skilled professional who enjoys solving complex problems, modernizing existing systems, and exploring emerging AI technologies.
