📍 Tbilisi, Georgia | Fully remote | Full-time

✨ New ideas need great people We’re IncoSoft, an international product company based in Tbilisi, Georgia, and part of a larger group. We develop our own products and brands, bringing together research, design and marketing to take ideas from concept to launch.

We’re looking for an Art Director to build and lead a new creative department from the ground up . You’ll define the creative strategy, select the people you need and establish how the team works across product design, branding and digital projects.

This role combines creative leadership with project ownership. You’ll turn business goals into creative solutions and guide your team from concept to launch.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Build the department: define the skills needed, hire your team and organise its work around clear priorities.
• Develop the strategy: research customers, competitors and the market, then turn your findings into concepts and a practical plan.
• Lead creative development: guide product concepts, websites, brand identities, packaging and marketing materials from the initial brief to launch.
• Set the standard for design: review work, explain creative decisions and give specific feedback that helps the team improve.
• Own delivery: manage timelines, budgets, approvals and quality, including handoff to developers or print production where needed.
• Keep improving: use customer feedback and performance data to refine existing products, design and content.
• Put AI to practical use: incorporate tools that support research, analysis and creative development while maintaining the quality and originality of the work.

💡 What you’ll bring

• Experience leading creative projects from research and concept development through to launch.
• A portfolio that shows your thinking, your contribution and the results of your decisions.
• Experience selecting and managing designers, specialists or contractors.
• Strong visual judgement across composition, typography, colour and brand consistency.
• An understanding of how design and marketing work together to make a product clear, relevant and appealing.
• Practical experience using AI tools, with the ability to critically evaluate and refine their output.
• The ability to make decisions, set priorities and take responsibility for the outcome.
• Confident working English. Ukrainian is an advantage.

Your background may be in art direction, creative project management or brand leadership. What matters is your ability to set a direction, build a team and deliver the work .
