Art Director

Company Description Wildfire Incorporated is a full-service events and production company with 26 years of experience in the industry. We specialize in event management, creative conceptualization, audio-visual presentations, brand activations, post-production, graphics and animation, TV commercial production, and equipment rentals.

Role Description The Art Director at Wildfire Incorporated is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Piñas City. This role oversees creative direction from concept to execution, supervises junior designers, and ensures high-quality, cohesive, and on-brand visual outputs.

Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, designing key visuals (KVs), logos, templates, booths, event environments, and stage designs using 2D and 3D elements. The Art Director collaborates with copywriters and cross-functional teams, presents ideas to clients, provides creative feedback, and manages project timelines and priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong creative and art direction skills, with experience managing projects from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in branding, graphic design, and visual identity development.
• Experience creating KVs, logos, templates, booths, environments, and stage designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, and digital, print, and event designs.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior designers and collaborate with copywriters and creative teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and production processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Agency experience is preferred and events background is a plus.
