Assistant Director, School of Health, Wellness & Human Services

You’ll serve as a success navigator for an assigned cohort, providing consistent outreach, individualized support, and proactive intervention throughout students’ academic journeys.

The position combines case management, advising, engagement programming, career preparation, and community partnership. You’ll work closely with faculty, advisors, student services, families, and community organizations to address academic, social, and economic barriers. The role also contributes to workforce education programs, student events, assessment activities, and grant-supported initiatives.
