The Assistant General Counsel, Servicing will report to the Deputy General Counsel, Executive Vice President, and will serve as the dedicated legal resource for GoodLeap’s Servicing Team. This role is designed for a practicing attorney with deep, practical experience in consumer loan and mortgage loan servicing and collections law and who can provide real-time operational guidance to the Servicing organization.

The Assistant General Counsel will provide daily support to the Servicing Team, advise on loss mitigation programs, collections strategy, default management and regulatory compliance, and will be the go-to legal representative for matters affecting serviced loan portfolios, customer communications, and servicing operations.
