Assistant Production Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Assistant Production Manager based in India.

As an Assistant Production Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. You will support production planning and execution while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflows and timely batch completion.

The role involves supervising dispensing, blending, equipment operations, material handling, and cleaning processes within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will help maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), quality procedures, and environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Working closely with the Plant Manager, you will lead production personnel, strengthen operational discipline, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
