Assistant Recruitment Manager

Lead global technical recruitment for an ambitious, AI-focused technology company developing intelligent applications that simplify everyday tasks and workflows. In this role, you will shape the hiring strategy needed to build and scale high-performing engineering and AI teams.

You will oversee recruitment across AI/ML, software engineering, infrastructure, web, mobile, and technical leadership while remaining hands-on with critical and senior-level searches. Working directly with company and engineering leaders, you will define hiring standards, strengthen assessment processes, and ensure recruitment decisions prioritize genuine technical expertise.
