Associate Director and Corporate Counsel

This role provides international legal counsel to a rapidly growing digital healthcare business expanding across multiple global markets.

You’ll advise on a broad range of legal matters spanning commercial contracts, privacy, healthcare regulation, employment, compliance, litigation, and corporate issues.

The position combines strategic legal guidance with hands-on drafting, negotiation, and project ownership.

You’ll work closely with product, marketing, business, privacy, and operational teams to develop practical, commercially focused solutions.

The role also involves coordinating external counsel and supporting market launches and established international operations.
