Working closely with field leaders and cross-functional teams, you will translate strategic plans into clear, actionable execution steps. You will proactively identify risks, coordinate launch activities, and drive timely resolution of issues that could affect field performance. The role also involves strengthening launch processes and developing repeatable practices that improve future execution.
