Associate Director - Field Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director - Field Marketing based in the United States.

This is an opportunity to lead global field marketing strategy across the US, EMEA, and APAC, turning high-value customer interactions into measurable pipeline growth. You will shape regional programs that connect startup and SMB founders with mid-market and enterprise security, IT, and GRC leaders.

As a member of the Marketing leadership team, you will oversee three regional field marketers while remaining hands-on with strategic events and account-based marketing initiatives. You will own pipeline performance, budget allocation, and program ROI, ensuring field investments deliver tangible commercial outcomes.

You will also develop executive communities and peer networks that strengthen buyer relationships and create long-term engagement. This remote, player-coach role combines strategic leadership, team development, experimentation, and operational excellence in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
