Associate Director, Quality Engineering - Home Solutions

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Quality Engineering - Home Solutions based in the United States.

This is a senior quality engineering leadership role responsible for delivering consistent, measurable quality across a portfolio of products, applications, and agile delivery teams. You will lead quality engineering professionals while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Platform, DevOps, and enterprise quality teams.

The role focuses on strengthening automation, release readiness, testing practices, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle. You will use quality metrics and production outcomes to identify risks, reduce defects and rework, and improve delivery confidence.

The position also provides an opportunity to modernize quality engineering through reusable frameworks, CI/CD integration, and AI-assisted testing capabilities. You will operate in a collaborative, matrixed environment where technical leadership, people development, and cross-functional influence are equally important.
