Associate General Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate General Counsel based in United States.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead an in-house legal function from the ground up within a rapidly growing healthcare organization. You will serve as the company-wide legal leader, reporting directly to the CEO and advising senior leadership and the board.

Your scope will span corporate governance, healthcare regulation, value-based care contracting, privacy, employment, AI governance, and strategic transactions. You will help establish the legal infrastructure needed to expand a multi-state care model and enter new markets confidently. The role combines hands-on legal work with strategic leadership, requiring strong judgment and a pragmatic, business-enabling mindset.

You will have significant influence over how legal risk is managed and how scalable processes are built for future growth.
