Associate Manager, Market Access & Pricing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Manager, Market Access & Pricing based in Canada.

This role supports pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in achieving optimal reimbursement for innovative products across the Canadian healthcare system. You will contribute to market access strategies and deliverables by leveraging clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence to demonstrate treatment value to payers.

The position provides exposure to national, provincial, and private payer environments, including health technology assessment and pricing processes. You will work closely with project leads, clients, Canadian payers, and multidisciplinary teams on high-impact submissions and strategic initiatives.

The role also offers opportunities to develop project management, client-facing, presentation, and team leadership capabilities. With a strong focus on research, analysis, and evidence-based strategy, you will contribute to projects that can influence patient access to healthcare innovations.
