Associate Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Project Manager based in the United States.

As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll help coordinate multidisciplinary technical projects spanning software, hardware, design, data, and AI. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, senior project leaders, and clients to keep priorities, timelines, and deliverables aligned. The role offers early ownership while providing support and mentorship from experienced program leaders.

You’ll help manage ambiguity, identify risks, and bring structure to fast-moving projects. Clear communication and proactive follow-through will be central to building strong client relationships and delivery confidence. This is an opportunity to develop the planning, communication, and leadership skills needed to progress toward independently managing programs within 12–18 months.
