Associate/Senior Associate, Grants & Contracts

This role provides broad exposure to the operational and financial processes that help global health programs move from funding to implementation.

You will support the full grants and contracts lifecycle, from procurement and agreement development through execution, monitoring, and closeout.

The position combines contract administration, systems management, financial coordination, reporting support, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with program teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to keep agreements accurate, compliant, and on schedule.

Strong organization and attention to detail will be essential as you manage records, invoices, deadlines, documentation, and competing priorities.

The role is well suited to someone who is curious, service-oriented, adaptable, and interested in building a career in global health without requiring deep technical expertise in vaccines.

This is a fully remote U.S. opportunity offering a salary range of $60,000–$80,000, with comprehensive benefits and the flexibility of working from anywhere in the United States.
