As an Associate, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will play a vital role in strengthening recruiting operations and supporting hiring teams across the United States. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of recruitment data while maintaining applicant tracking systems and optimizing operational workflows.

Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will contribute to efficient hiring processes and a consistent candidate experience. Your responsibilities will span recruitment reporting, data audits, system administration, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, solving operational challenges, and bringing structure to evolving processes. You will work remotely from India in a global environment, following an evening or overnight schedule aligned with US business hours.
