Behavioral Health Therapist

Make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives by delivering accessible, evidence-based behavioral health care within an integrated primary care setting. In this role, you will support individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use concerns, and chronic medical conditions through personalized assessments, brief psychotherapy, and coordinated treatment planning.

Working closely with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and community partners, you will help patients navigate their care and achieve improved clinical outcomes. You will manage an assigned patient caseload, monitor treatment progress, and connect individuals with additional services when needed.

This primarily remote opportunity combines virtual patient engagement with periodic in-person clinic visits in Oregon, offering the chance to contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered model of care.
