Support and enhance analytics operations across our Latin American business units. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that reporting and analytics solutions align with operational needs and business priorities.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of business relationship management, requirements analysis, and hands-on Power BI expertise. This individual will work closely with stakeholders in Brazil and Colombia, translate business needs into actionable requirements, develop intuitive reporting solutions, and deliver timely support within a managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Relationship Management & Requirements Gathering:

• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders across Brazil and Colombia for analytics-related needs and priorities.
• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to capture business needs and translate them into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Participate in daily operational stand-ups to identify user concerns, monitor reporting issues, and manage incoming requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, including SAP, Snowflake, and other source systems, to trace data flows and identify root causes of reporting discrepancies.

Power BI Development & Analytics Delivery:

• Design, develop, model, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and executive reports with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
• Implement rapid front-end solutions and temporary workarounds in Power BI to support business continuity while backend fixes or platform enhancements are being addressed.
• Develop advanced DAX calculations, perform front-end data transformations, and optimize report performance to ensure accurate and actionable business insights.
• Apply strong UI/UX principles to create intuitive, business-friendly analytics solutions.

Managed Services Delivery & SLA Execution

• Manage analytics support requests within a ticket-driven managed services framework, from intake and triage through implementation and final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident resolution, report maintenance, and minor enhancements.
• Support the consolidation of regional BI support into a more scalable and unified analytics service model.
• Provide responsive and reliable support to business users while maintaining delivery quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, including advanced DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design and Snowflake.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience troubleshooting data and reporting issues across enterprise platforms such as SAP, WMS, or similar backend systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical interim solutions for urgent business needs
• Manufacturing business understanding, Power BI, Snowflake, English, Spanish and Portuguese language
