Bid Strategy Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bid Strategy Lead based in Canada.

This is a high-impact bid leadership role focused on shaping how a growing health technology organization responds to complex public-sector and enterprise opportunities. You’ll own the full RFP lifecycle, from intake and bid/no-bid decisions through response development, submission, and post-bid debriefs.

As the first dedicated bid professional, you’ll bring structure, consistency, quality, and scalable processes to major opportunities. You’ll work across Sales, Executive Leadership, Product, Clinical, Technology, Security, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams. The role combines strategic bid management, persuasive writing, rigorous project coordination, and commercial awareness.

You’ll also build the content, systems, and processes that enable teams to respond faster and more effectively over time.
