We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role offers flexible hours on-site 16 hours a week (2 x 8 hour days or 3 x 5 hour days) supporting our financial operations. The candidate should have experience in Quick Books-on-Line, this position is perfect for someone looking to apply their bookkeeping skills in a dynamic environment while maintaining a work-life balance.

*Duties*

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records

*Qualifications*

• Proven experience with bookkeeping and accounting functions
• Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks-on-Line
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately
• Knowledge of account analysis and budgeting practices preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
