About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with clients and cross-functional technology teams to identify business improvement opportunities, assess the application of AI and machine learning, and translate business challenges into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

1) Client Engagement & Business Analysis

• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, operational challenges, and pain points, and identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to improve business performance.
• Work closely with client stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and subject matter specialists, to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimisation, and automation.
• Develop recommendations and improvement plans aligned with clients' business objectives and operational needs.

2) Solution Development & Implementation

• Translate business requirements into practical, technology-driven solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Support the development of proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to demonstrate potential business value.
• Assist in planning, developing, and implementing solutions to address business challenges.
• Evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements and communicate findings and recommendations.

3) Stakeholder Collaboration

• Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements and solutions.
• Present business analyses, solution concepts, and recommendations to clients and management, including non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with teams across Indonesia and other countries to support project delivery and knowledge sharing.

4) Industry & Technology Trends

• Stay updated on developments in AI, machine learning, automation, retail, and supply-chain management.
• Identify emerging technologies and approaches to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Experience in retail, supply-chain management, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and system design decisions to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset is preferred.
• Cross-country project experience is an advantage.
• Interest in applying AI, machine learning, and automation to business challenges.
