Business Analyst - Health Insurance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst - Health Insurance based in India.

This role is an opportunity to bridge business needs, insurance processes, and technology within a fast-moving insurtech environment. You will work directly with clients and technical teams to understand complex health insurance requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.

The position covers the full business analysis lifecycle, from discovery and process mapping through requirements definition, testing, UAT, and release support. You will help improve business processes, identify actionable insights, and ensure solutions meet client expectations. The role offers exposure to international projects, modern insurance technology, and Agile delivery practices.

It is well suited to an experienced Business Analyst who combines strong health insurance knowledge with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
