Business Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Business Analytics Manager to transform complex business data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance, growth, and profitability. In this role, you will lead a small team of Analysts and partner closely with General Managers and senior commercial stakeholders to understand business results and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will combine hands-on analytical expertise with team leadership, helping the organization move beyond descriptive reporting toward deeper insights, forecasting, and strategic recommendations. Working across Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Data Science, you will help strengthen data accuracy, improve reporting capabilities, and support better-informed decisions.

You will also shape the development of scalable analytics products and self-service reporting solutions that make trusted information more accessible.
