Business and Systems Analyst (f/m/x)

You will join a community of over 300 business analysts at Sii. Our specialists develop applications dedicated to various sectors, including pharmaceuticals (a system dedicated to clinical trials), e-commerce (a platform serving millions of customers worldwide), banking (electronic payment systems, mobile banking development), and many others!

Your tasks

• Gathering, agreeing on, and analyzing business requirements and developing solution recommendations
• Defining non-functional system requirements based on business requirements analysis and collaboration with IT departments
• Cooperating with internal experts and managers to design optimal solutions
• Developing documentation describing functional requirements
• Modeling business processes
• Collaborating with internal clients and project teams
• Preparing test scenarios and cases, executing tests, logging and handling errors

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Experience in banking, financial services, or e-commerce
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation, SQL, and modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect)
• Experience working with the SCRUM methodology
• Proficiency in Confluence and JIRA and experience using collaborative work tools
• Knowledge of manual application testing: creating scenarios and test cases, executing tests, logging and handling errors
• Advanced knowledge of English and Polish
