Business Development Representative, IRE

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Representative, IRE based in India.

This is a fully remote business development role supporting a growing team focused on the home inspection software market.

You will be one of the first points of contact for prospective customers and play a key role in turning interest into qualified sales opportunities.

The position combines inbound lead qualification with targeted outbound outreach and proactive follow-up.

You will use discovery and consultative communication to understand customer needs and identify the most appropriate software solution.

Success in the role depends on responsiveness, strong customer conversations, accurate CRM management, and consistent achievement of sales activity and conversion goals.

You will work closely with Account Executives while developing strong knowledge of multiple software products and customer use cases.

The role operates remotely with full alignment to U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
