The Business Operations Advisor will serve as a trusted strategic partner to optometric practices and member businesses, helping them improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. This role combines business consulting, financial analysis, and industry expertise to assess practice performance and identify opportunities for increased profitability.

You will analyze profit and loss statements, evaluate key performance indicators, and benchmark results against industry standards to deliver actionable recommendations. Working closely with specialized advisors and internal teams, you will connect businesses with the right resources to address their specific challenges.

You will also contribute to member education through training sessions, webinars, and practical business resources.
