Business Valuation Associate/Sr. Associate

This role offers the opportunity to execute complex business valuation engagements from initial proposal through final delivery. You will combine financial analysis, industry research, valuation modeling, and forensic analysis to support a diverse range of client needs. The position involves working closely with senior professionals while taking ownership of key engagement activities and client communications.

You will prepare clear, insightful valuation reports for clients, attorneys, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. The role also provides exposure to transactions, tax planning, succession planning, purchase price allocation, and other valuation matters. Success requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
