The Senior Liability Claims Specialist manages moderately complex to highly complex automobile and general liability claims, including bodily injury, property damage, and litigated cases. This role is focused on achieving fair, accurate, and cost-effective claim outcomes while protecting client interests and ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines.

You will oversee claims throughout the lifecycle, from initial coverage verification and investigation to reserving, settlement decisions, and ongoing communication. The position requires sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage claims within delegated authority limits.

You will collaborate with clients, claimants, and internal teams to resolve challenging cases and maintain high service standards.
