This role offers the opportunity to help leading organizations measure and reduce the embodied carbon impacts of buildings and real estate portfolios. You’ll apply life cycle assessment methodologies to new developments and tenant improvement projects, translating complex environmental data into practical recommendations.

The position combines technical analysis, sustainability consulting, client communication, and research in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment. You’ll work across projects ranging from individual buildings to large-scale portfolios, helping teams make lower-carbon design and construction decisions. Your analysis will support sustainability certifications, climate strategies, and broader decarbonization goals.
